How to drink of Green tea (Tosa cha)

In this page, we introduce how to drink of Tosa cha (Japanese green tea).

	Put two spoonfuls of tea leaves into a small teapot.
	Cool the boiled water to 70 - 80 degrees centigrade and pour suitable amount of that hot water into a small pot.
	After 30 seconds, pour into tea cups alternately. Empty the tea pot entirely for the second brewing.
	On the second brewing, it is important not to keep long duration. And use more hot water than first brewing. With teacakes, the taste of Tosa cha will become more deeply.
